What is this?

My fingernails look like this often, waves, big indentations, discolored, brittle, crack and chip often…it hurts. Is that psoriasis of nails?

Your nail is identical to my thumb nail. A derm explained to me that sometimes psoriatic nails develop like this because the psoriais damages the nail bed. Here's a picture of mine that I posted a while back.

That’s sort of how my thumbnails look, except they have a ridge up the middle that I think looks like a zipper.

Look up Beau's lines, they are from interruption of nail growth because of the skin disorder. My fingers and toes all have them, my toes especially look like yours. My fingers get humps and bumps, too, but since they grow at an astonishing speed the lines and lumps change often.
