Thanks for all the suggestions I got last week regarding what to try next.
I had my rheumy appt. yesterday and we're going with Cimzia. He usually has samples but of course was out, so I have to start wrangling with my specialty (online) pharmacy to get this going quickly. I did get a copay card, which is very nice. I'm seeing him back in 2 months to see how I'm doing.
