Lots of people here seem to love cats. They are like the friends you need when you have a bad day. I used to have cats but my mom told them to run away as a joke, they didnt take as a joke and listened!! I now have an 8 year old chihuahua named Mattie but we call her Moo-Moo because she is fat and looks like a cow. We have a 3 year old lab named Diesel who recently made national news for running away and causing a very nice lady trouble for her trying to get him home safe. Lastly we have a beta fish named Gary III and 4 rabbits name riley, henry and havent thought of names for the 2 new ones. Crossing my fingers we have babies in a few days.
1- Riley 2-girl with no name yet 3-moo moo

This is the beginning of it. if you scroll to the bottom of the page you should see about three more stories about him and a women named Jessica. Those others go with this too, talking about her charges and what lies ahead for her.
Oh my what a story ! This morning I was trying to rescue a small dog without a collar and sniffing at trash cans. Fortunately, I had some food in the car and was able to keep him near me while feeding him and trying to call a shelter. During all this a men a few houses away pulled in his driveway, got out of his car and the dog went running to him and into the house. I was angry that he didn't have a collar and the owner wasn't concerned at all - as though it happens all the time.

Yes it does. Mine now has a regular collar with a name tag just in case he likes to not listen and take another adventure.

I really enjoy reading about everyones pets. Right now we have one dog...Cricket, is our Shih Tzu, spoiled rotten and our baby girl. She is going to be 8 next month. She is named Cricket because she hops when she runs or prances. I have always had dogs, tried a cat once, but he didn't like me. Had rabbits in the past and raised beagles for 13 years. I would like to have another rabbit, but don't know that I would be able to take care of it any more. So here is Cricket in all of her glory..
I also have 2 grandkitties, (Shelby and Mazie) and 2 granddogs (Grader, yellow lab--Lily, corgi puppy)
Cricket is adorable! If I could figure out how to post pictures, I would post pics of my furkids… I have two wonderful dogs!
I love that you can your dog “Moo moo”. When our dog was on the chunky side, we called him “Sea-mu” instead of Seamus (after the Sea World whale, Shamu).

I'm severely allergic to animals and outdoor pollen so no pets for me. We had a cockapoo who was put down due to illness. This is the first Spring without her. I miss her, but not my crazy allergies to the pollen she brought in on her coat.
She was a sweet dog.
I’m going to try to add photos of my furkids again… Bella and Hunter.

Well we said never again, definitely not a herding dog, never bigger than bread box, an no long hair, but why worry never again........ Little did I know that once upon a time these were called Scottish Sheep dogs and their best skill was hypnosis (really they stare down cows or sheep,) so as I walked through the animal shelter with my grand-daughter I made the mistake of looking at the only dog not raising a ruckus but rather staring intently at me. Hes good........... he has reorganized the household, has given the cats new rules and is a kleptomaniac (my dirty socks stolen from the laundry ar buried somewhere in the back/ H e has just enough spaniel in him that he retrieves fish and points at humming birds.
