I went to the therapist and she said i should take a meditation class and start meditating everyday, it will help direct my mind to the positive of the things i can do enstead of me thinking of the things i can't. I told her it wont change my illness but she said it will help so i think im gonna take a meditation class. Has anyone had any experience?
I have not tried this, but it may help you, it may even help to manage the pain. You know the saying, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained"! Good luck, let us know how it goes!
