It’s so nice to write something Positve for a change! I am feeling much better in the last few days! And I am reconsidering whether I should still peruse the methotrexate as the NSAIDs are starting to give me a lot of relief. Those cortisone injections were a godsend! I’m so glad I did it 
it was well worth the 5 seconds of torture lol rheumy apt is 18th July, will be interesting to see where the rheumy goes from here
