Catching knee?

My knee has been catching. Does the indicate joint damage or just something that goes along with swollen knee?

If your knee is swollen (fluid-filled) it could be anything, but it’s most likely a bit of tissue (maybe a floater) that gets caught in the joint as you move. Catching, crackling, popping, etc. is very common when there’s joint inflammation. This is your Baker’s Cyst leg, right? All that fluid comes from its being inflamed.
I do hope this resolves itself for you.

Yeah, It is the same leg. The pain from my bakers cyst is starting to sub side. My knee catches and when I twist my knee (subconsciously) it clicks and hurts so bad it stops me in my tracks. Takes a minute for me to recover.
