anyone have any thoughts or insight on these pills? Just saw an ad online thought someone might have first hand knowledge..suppose to be good for joints and pain...

Who knows? I guess it could help, but. . . the only ingredient that I've seen ANY support for with inflammation is turmeric, but that product has less than half of what is recommended as a guideline. Plus it's pretty expensive. It's $2 a pill!
