I know some people have dramatic responses to what they eat, and some not at all.
I myself have mostly moderate reactions that build up if I eat a lot of the specific food. Some of mine are odd. I'm just curious what bugs others!
I flare if I eat:
coconut milk
avocado
liquid cow milk
real butter
sour cream (but I can eat hard cheeses just fine)
black tea (though I can drink green)
cuts of pork like pork chops, pork loin (but not bacon)
I'm sure i'm forgetting something.
I've had several allergy scratch tests, and blood work done by a naturopath, and none of these showed up! So I'm not "allergic", just something about these foods causes my PsA and P to flare.
