What role does your diet play in living well w/P and/or PsA?

I am curious to discover what others are doing with diet in relation to keeping flares to a minimum.

I find that when I stay away from all processed sugars and flours, I end up having much less joint pain, hots spots and swelling. The removal of these foods from my diet does not seem to have an major impact on the P outbreaks.

What is working for or helping you?

We've had A LOT of discussions on this topic recently. I'm sure people will respond, but in the meantime, read through some of the older discussions.
