Stomach with the ibs was a big probllem last night or it was the stomach flu . I dont know which. I didnt get to sleep til 3am. I am feeling a little better today. I did some raking of leaves and some weeding. I still dont feel like eating though and I dont think I will be drinking grape juice again. Maybe that caused the problem last night.
