So I had my shot last night took my benedryl and slept til way too late this morning. Woke with slight head ache again but went back to sleep and woke with it subsiding. I ate well today did one errand and the weather was lovely til 5ish and it poured. I had my green veggie spinach and blueberry smoothie drink which usually picks me up but not for long. I am just incredibly tired and sluggish and I am realizing that this is how I feel for a couple of days after a shot. This note is to remind me of that.
