Spent a week camping with the Family. Very sore but it was great. Tonight noticed a reddend area on my abdomen where an old surgical scar is. Rubbed it and purrulent fluid came out. Was able to expell some but feels a moderate size. I am calling the doctor in the am but was wondering does this mean I will not be able to have my Remicade next week? I am very dependant on my 4 week schedule as week four really sucks for pain and fatigue. Anyone know? My regular GP is away on vacation and my Rheumy lives ~1500 km away, so it will likely be a locus Doctor. Just want to have some idea of what may happen. Never had one of these before. I have had Pts with them but never on their abdomen in an old scar site and they were not on biologics either. So any info is appreciated. Thanks.
