R these normal psa symptoms?

These are the things I have been experiencing and I've wondered if these are the normal things to expect or not? Any input would be appreciated. First what is considered a flare up besides feeling like being ran over by a train? When I am fatigued I feel like a have the flu 10x worse. my spine is on fire and stiff from my neck down to my tail bone . Some times when I walk I feel like my hips r going to split open. My legs and back constantly twitch and ache like in the muscles. I do notice at times my joints don't look red(to me) but they feel hot on the inside. I can go on for days, but for now these are the main symptoms or things I deal with. Thanks for listening!

Having a flare can feel a lot like having the flu. Your whole body may feel hot and achy, or it may be more centered in certain joints. Some joints will look red more easily than others, and some people may experience joints that are warm to the touch. There's a really broad range of symptoms, and of course, not everyone will have all symptoms.

You said your legs and back twitch and ache in the muscles. . . This isn't one that I am familiar with. I would be curious to see what other people think. You may want to put in a call to your rheumy.

Are you on any medications at this time?

Hi loisha Yes I can relate to all of your symptoms that is what it’s like for me all day everyday I get muscle twitches all of the time I even get them in my face muscles it’s. really weird feeling when your muscles start twitching and you have no control over them. The rheumatology gave me amitriptyline to relax the muscles so I can go to sleep at night sometimes my legs from the knees down feel like they are on fire but if I touch them they are not hot. My hips
Constantly ache and feel as though it is going to snap And break
