Questionable sleeping habits

Like many of you, I have trouble sleeping due to getting very achy staying in one position too long.
Like some of you, I am prone to sleep walking and talking and sometimes a few other activities.

As I went to bed last night, I was feeling mighty achy, and I knew consciously that there’s was nothing I could but to hope for a few hours of good sleep.

Well my subconscious mind had another idea… Sleep-yoga!!

I woke up to myself performing downward dog and going into cobra position on the bed.

“What are you doing?” My husband groggily asked.
“This feels amazing!” I replied.

My husband has been witness to my sleeping-shenanigans in the past, but sleep yoga is a first!

Can’t say if it really made me feel all the much better, but I woke up just as rested as usual, and I’m pretty sure I fell right back into non-activity sleep!
Maybe sleep yoga will be the new fad!

That's really funny. I just limit myself to mostly sleep talking.

I have never tried yoga, but this makes me want to check it out!

Love it! I've been considering sleeping in the spare room lately due to all my moving around through the night, maybe a little yoga prior to bed would be great! Wouldn't hurt...especially the meditation portion!
