Hello and welcome to Living With PsA! That is quite a long time to have psoriasis without joint issues, so I guess that is some silver lining to your overall situation.
In regards to your menopause, I used the Search Icon (top right corner of the White bar) to look through older topics that mentioned it, and it appears that other people think there is an association. Take a look:
