I know I have ready something about someone feeling like there are pins and needles in their joints. Was I wrong? Does anyone remember the answer to this?
Pins and needles can happen for various reasons - inflammation, positioning, nerve impingement (mostly in those with spondylitis that's flaring).
I have pins and needles in my extremities and numbness in places throughout my body, which is very concerning to myself and my rheumy. Any symptoms like these, if not just a one-time thing, should be mentioned to your rheumatologist so at least they can be recorded, even if they're not an immediate concern.
