Yesterday I found a neat tool I wanted to share. A pain management app for my phone. Here is an article about some:

I chose My Pain Diary. I've only used it yesterday and today but I already like it. I can customize it anyway I want and it also allows for printing graphs or sending via PDF. I wanted to start a paper pain diary but this is easier. I can't bring a paper diary with me everywhere and I know I will forget something by the time I arrive home to log it.
