Noisy joints-clicking, popping, and cracking

When one of my joints is flaring up one characteristic that cues me in that this is another PA attack is that joint makes popping and clicking noises with almost every movement. If the flare gets real bad, many of my other joints get real noisy as well. Can you guys tell me if this is definitely a characteristic for you? I have never read about this in the literature, but it is such a prominent feature for me. I want to make sure I am diagnosed correctly.

Oh yes, it's very common. If you start looking at "crepitus", there's lots written on it.

I have a number of joints, especially in my hands, that pop/click more than before I was diagnosed with PsA. Every once in a while, depending on the severity of a flare up, I also experience "trigger finger" in my left index finger.
