Got a new bike yesterday!! So excited, feel like I’ve rejoined the “roadies” club. Was a little concerned tho, even tho the ankle has now mostly backed off and the sores on my hands are starting to heal…my knee has started to swell again. Last time it swelled it got so bad I couldn’t even clip into the pedals cause I couldn’t bend the knee far enough. I did go for a short ride today on the new baby tho…and actually felt better in the knee afterwards. Maybe the bike is the best medicine for me, both physically and mentally.
