Nausea before a PsA flare up?

Now that I think of it my most recent flare, I woke up my face was red, my knee and leg was red, my arm was red, my head was splitting with a migraine, and my leg/knee has been in a flare since.

I do suffer from nausea at the onset of a flare and usually during a flare. It’s worse in the mornings but can be triggered by certain smells during the day. I’ve really just noticed the correlation between the increased nausea and a flare for me. Zofran is great.

Ooh! I love my Zofran! I am constantly hopeful that it will be available over the counter some day.
My nausea is particularly bad right before a flare, but is also present during. Is just not as bad. I’m so glad to have something that gives almost instant relief.

Hi…I am Magi,34 yrs… I am diagnosed with PsA (sero negative) recently, I am having same issues… Last ten days my condition gone worse,…nausea, bowel movements, hearing bee sound , pain in wrist, finger joint,…
I noticed that sweet corn and lack of sleep triggers my PsA … So, have good night sleep, find out the food which triggers our problem… Take care

I am also new to the forum- nausea is a large part of a flare up
With me but as gastric disorders are strongly related and you actually threw up I would seek a medical opinion on diverticular disease- it’s quite important you check this. Peritonitis is the nasty result of ignoring gastric issues.

Wow. We all sound alike with the nausea, headaches etc. associated with flare ups. I feel for you as I am suffering from all of the above right now.
