I’ve had this before and it eventually goes away. Looks like a pimple that you would want to pop.

I tried to attach 2 pics but I don’t see that they made it with this post (?)

To me it looks more like a pimple. Check out this site- http://www.emedicinehealth.com/pustular_psoriasis/article_em.htm
Not impossible. Does it make a difference? Not to sound harsh, but I’m at a stage where that’s a question I’m frequently asking myself, to avoid too many doctor visits.
“Damn it Jim I’m a nurse, not a dermatologist!”
Possibly? I get something very similar. Mine look like they would have pus in them, but if I pop them (eww, I know!) a clear fluid comes and then it takes forever to heal. Much different than acne would be.
I have Pustular Psoriasis on sides and bottoms of my feet. Rarely will there only be one standing alone, usually I have between 15-50 in a group and they range in different sizes. They are quite itchy but painful to touch, if I break them some have clear fluid and some have a pus like fluid. If I don't break them they will reduce in size leaving dark red circular marks. Most times I will start getting a new round of them under the old skin and that is extremely painful at times especially when the skin starts to peel off and takes some of the heads of the new Pustular psoriasis with it and the cycle repeats itself again. Each cycle is approximately two weeks give or take a day or two
For me my PP looks like a shotgun blast - more in the middle and less on the side. My PP tends to like the undersides of my body parts and typically scale over with plaque.
Grumpy Cat, what does that mean about you being a nurse? Am I not supposed to ask questions about dermatology?
I get something very similar on my chest, it comes and goes. My doc said it was heat rash, I’ve had it for as long as I can remember. I don’t know if there is any relation to the PSA and for the most part I don’t think I’ve ever really had psoriasis.

I have Pustular Psoriasis on my hands and left foot. The bumps on my hand are puss filled and after they pop I'm left with a brown spot that eventually goes away. The left foot was a patch of bumps that turned into a big patch of scaly red skin that would clear up and then scale over again. Sine starting MTX it has pretty much cleared up. I still get the odd bump on my right hand. I started getting Psoriasis in April of this year after PSA diagnosis. I've had the odd patch of eczema over the years, however my dermatologist said it was probably misdiagnosed
.
Cheryl I think Grumpy was making a joke imitating Scotty to Kirk on Star Trek; at least that is how I read it but I know Grumpy is quite a bit younger than I am. Maybe she grew up on reruns!
