10 to 1 it goes no where beyond cost of defense settlement, the suit involves contract nurses, not direct kickbacks. Its not illegal (nor should it be) to refer inquiries to prescribing physicians. the referals come from quizzes like this: https://www.humira.com/ankylosing-spondylitis/quiz
