Lol Sybil, been there done that!! As you say pride goes out the window in that situation…have you tried stepping into them instead and pulling them up? I find this easier after swimming when I’m still a bit damp and have the moisturizer the derm has recommended.
I’ve got a couple of genies but still prefer the supermarket own brand as they are a better fit for me( Sainsbury’s) and here in the UK, Wilkos sell genies at a good price.
Never thought of using Bravissimo! I’ve never had a proper fitting and have found that I’ve gone up several cup sizes since being on MTX. Will have a look at their site and see if I have a shop near me

Ok, so I had no idea what a Genie bra was so I googled it … and guess what, they now seem to have a UK website.
Until recently I’d always bought my bras at M&S but after having the last couple fall apart I thought I’d try one of the specialist bra shops (Bravissimo) and have a proper fitting, especially as I’m quite a large cup size. It was brilliant and for the first time in a long time I now wear a bra that fits perfectly and not a hint of a uniboob.
I changed my bath products to paraben and sls free. I use nature gate brand shampoo and conditioner, jason body wash, and swanson brand face wash. I use kiss my face lotion and almond oil for my dry skin. Keeps the burning and itchy skin at bay. I also take biotin vitamins to keep my hair falling out.
