Trees mentioned Dr. Gladman's book to me yesterday, and I decided to go on the hunt for it. Lo and behold, I found it on amazon.com and I loaded it onto my kindle.

Indeed, it is very good -- if a bit too technical in places. I would say it is a definitive reference, and contains thorough drug information.

BTW, if you don't have an e-reader, you can still set up an amazon kindle account, order the e-book, and then load the kindle reader software onto your computer.

I too have read this, the "old fashioned way"....but it is a great reference and I would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for a good reference book for themselves and for their families.
