Just thought I would share my Facebook post for Rare Disease Day - I felt rather inspired by the words:

"Happy Rare Disease Day - to all of you out there in Facebook land with Rare diseases, I salute your courage and pray for you. Today is a day to educate others and remind people of those diseases that may not effect everyone in the world, but do effect everything in the world of those who have it."
