Hi Guido, when I had it on my palms and soles of feet it was just like this ..... so with your nail and knees as well it certainly seems as if we have very similar skin presentation. I see you are now on Enbrel, is it helping yet? It is so frustrating when there is some question over diagnosis (I see your rheumy's have had differing views) but the important thing is that your treatment with a bio is the one you want to be on whatever is causing your joint pain.
And your dry itchy skin.
