I’m pregnant with #2 and am bracing myself for the postpartum flare up I experienced with #1. It was torture. However, I was off of Enbrel for the entire pregnancy when that happened. I wonder if others have experienced a postpartum flare up while on a biologic like Cimzia (which is what I am currently on - deemed safe for pregnancy).
That’s really exciting that your pregnant with your second child. Since you’re on a medication during your pregnancy, I would certainly expect that the postpartum flare it would be minimal. Or we could certainly hope that it would be minimal.
Sorry I’m not as more help. I got diagnosed when my second was 9 months old so I went through my pregnancies without being so bad.
