Looks like a greqat resoursce. Although the book is available for sale ($75.00 - $125.00+) I heard that if you google Explain Pain Download. there might be a file sharing site or a legitimate download fro Australia NOI for a lot less.......
I think it is available as a ebook for 35$. There is a understand pain in under 5 min on
You tube that is pretty cool. As well, I am going to read explain pain and the sensitive brain( but that
is a lot of neurobiology!- so not sure how that will go)
