The SAA is very active in patient advocacy through their work Biologic medications have been made available to a wide range of patients that they weren't before. UdSpa (Undifferentiated Spondyloarthropathy) is now in some countries and will be very soon a recognized diagnoses world wide because of their work and funding. many people with symptoms of either AS or PsA but just couldn't "score" high enough for either will now be able to access treatments they haven't before.
