What have you all tried for neck pain? Having a flare and can’t get rid of mine. It’s around the C6 C7 area. I’ve tried Voltaren gel, dry heat, moist heat, ice, rest and whirlpool bath. I’m currently on Naprosyn, MTX, and Humira after Enbrel stopped working. On Humira every week, Not every OTHER. See rheum next week. Tried Prednisone and only had 2 1/2 days of bliss and all came back. Any and all advice would be SO appreciated.
Yes…listen to my body. That’s wonderful advice. Sounds simple, but I have been trying to to keep up with my family and I’m afraid I have compounded issues. Enthesitis and now even more joint inflammation is going to bring me down to reality. Uncontrolled disease is cruel. I’m hoping Humira will work, but if not then the third biologic is next. When things have cooled off I will resume my exercising and just do stretching for now, as my heel is beginning to get inflamed (amongst many others). Haven’t been visited by that one in about 20 years.

I have a lot of neck pain, but I also have disc problems. I find massage therapy works for me.
