I am about to sign up for insurance again this year and noticed medicare questions. Does anyone know if I should apply for medicare as a 2nd provider? Do they recognize PsA as a qualifying disability? My daughter was diagnosed in January 2012 and will likely be going to biologics soon. I wondered if Medicare picked up some of the tab for anyone out there?
Not sure what you are asking but you don't sign up for medicare as a second provider... If you are awarded medicare because of disability, you won't be eligible for medicare coverage for two years.
