Was just wondering if anyone may know if having psa and osteo are covered by disability act even though i have only been diagnosed for a few months. Thanks in advance
Basically, I think so. Diseases where impact varies are covered, I believe. I will look this up and get back to you. I'd recommend Citizen's Advice, especially for things like PIP forms. No matter how bright you are, the experience of folks there, for example in interpreting what the questions are really asking, can make a huge difference.

Here's a link to some information. RA and osteo are both given as examples of conditions which may be considered as disabilities under the Equality Act. I'm sure PsA could qualify too as its effects can be so similar to those of RA.
