Hello,
today I am typing one finger at a time because I have lost all strength in my right hand. i can;t hold a pen or spoon, I can't use my mouse. I needed help with the shampoo in the shower - it came up out of the blue. I am at work and expected to be able to work. The hand hurts badly - but the loss of any grip or strength is more disturbing. Any advice?

So sorry you are going through this, although there are times my hands, wrists and fingers are very weak, I have never dealt with this. If I do, I will call one of my Doctors, Rheumy first. Maybe some heat until you get there IF it does not hurt you! Please be careful driving, if you must drive.

I've had some days like that, though also in part due to stiffness in my hands. If it doesn't get any better I would call the doctor :(. Do you do hand stretches? Sometimes that helps.
