Interesting Fibro vs PSA comparison

I always find it interesting that under PsA symptoms, they never include low-grade fever.

The glaring omission as regards PsA is that it’s classed as seronegative and that at least 60% of patients will not have any inflammation markers in their blood test results.

Very interesting. Let’s not forget that one can have both, but I recently had this argument with my rheumatologist. Ongoing fatigue that responds to meds does not point towards fibro. I’ve had stretches where I’ve had low grade fever and it definitely matches up with disease activity. That doesn’t make sense to not mention it.
