I used Humira for 7 years or so, but much of the stuff I have read about today hadnt happened then, as the drug iwas prettynew. There are some more difficult questions being asked now about how well patients are informed about the side effects. It is alleged that Abbott, the manufacturer, didnt timely disclose all of the potential side effects to consumers. I just googled Humira - Lawsuits. its a drama worth following if you are an actor in it. I recommend you do, so you can monitor the side effects if you get them and get timely checks and be persistent. A lot of these young rheumatologists just aren't that knowledgable. x
