had the dreadful psa and spondyloarthritis for around 2 years been on methotrexate for around 18 months with no joy just horrid side affects (yuk) . been on injection for 4 weeks with no pain relief and still feel yuk (sigh) . nice to find a site were we are all in it together and helping fight together..
It’s not easy, is it? In the beginning, my worst pain was in my knees and feet, and I kind of ached all over (some days worse than others). When I got up in the morning, I was rigid with stiffness for a couple of hours. Even raising my arms to wash my hair was difficult. So where is your pain, besides your spine?
All over really .head to toe and so stiff when I stop sometimes it’s best to keep moving but knowing you will pay for it the next day .
