Cramps from PsA?

I make these mean gluten free chocolate mandarin bliss balls with quinoa flakes and coconut (and some amazing oat-banana choc ones) - I’m sure we can add them in!

This is going to sound insane but it can work too. Put a dry bar of cheap scented soap in your bed too. That added to bananas can work well for reducing cramp. Honestly look it up.

Jen they sound lovely! Please could you share your recipes?

My mom swears by a bar of soap in the bed for cramp too Poo, so I did try it out for a month but somehow ended up with it stuck to my bed sock one morning - probably helped by the electric blanket :grin:Didn’t particularly help me though unfortunately.
My grandad used to recommend eating a beef oxo cube an hour before bed but I could never bring myself to try that one - maybe I’ll try it as a drink if I get really desperate but it’s pretty unappealing!

I’m definitely rooting for the banana over an oxo stock cube…

My recipes are somewahat freeform, more like a list of ingredients really :joy:

Baking (where everything needs to be exact) I can do, but it’s not my forte! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I get some in my hands and shoulders. They come and go, but are bad when they come. I take 750mg of Robaxin and it slows them down, but that is about it.

I would be sure to increase hydration. In general the more meds. you take the more dehydration usually occurs. And specific meds. increases that issue even more. Three days of intentional increase in hydration should have an impact on reducing cramps. Also consider doing foot drops exercises - standing on the sole of your feet on the edge of a stair step and gently lower your heels - this is to stretch your Achilles Tendons. Do not do a sudden or sharp drop as than can damage the tendon. Do six drops every day - or twice each day for a week and you should also feel a reduction of cramps and increase your balance and “sure footedness”.
