Hi I am starting Cosentyx and having sudden issues with hair loss, headache, mild depression and increased fatigue. Has anyone else had this experience during the loading dose of Cosentyx? I’m on week 4. Thank you!
I’ve been on Cosentyx for over three and a half years. I have never suffered any of these issues. However when I take my dose now every 28 days, I am tired for a least 48 hours, possibly longer and am a little grumpy too. For the headache are you drinking enough water? As regards the hair loss do you suffer from scalp psoriasis?

I would encourage you to talk to your doctor.
Hair loss (excess shedding) can have a lot of causes, and the cause is likely from months ago. Generally hair loss doesn’t happen right away from these meds but it certainly is something to mention to your doctor

I have just increased my dose and it seems like I keep a low grade headache, but it is doing such a good job with overall pain, I just ignore it!
