So they trawled 45 online platforms and LWPsA is one of the 3 they mention by name. Not sure how ground-breaking the conclusions are however, e.g.:

After reviewing the thousands of online narratives for discussion of functional impairment, the researchers found the most common complaints were physical …

Interesting that our discussions are recognised as a valid source of information though.

More of a sociological approach to their study. Maybe someday the medical researchers will use this tool to actually get more accurate symptoms for PsA, like chronic fatigue and more widespread joint involvement then they seem to include in controlled studies… We can only hope…
