Upper leg pain

It doesn’t sound as if my problem is the same as yours,to be honest - just the same area. My guess is that I pulled something at the gig ten days ago and it hasn’t righted itself, not helped by the lymph node sending my mind into overdrive, which is normal when the bipolar plays up. It has felt the last day or two like there is a lump at the top of my leg (higher than the ramus bone) when I walk, but there is nothing there that I can see or feel, which I guess is a good thing. It may well be a tendon (or two?). I’m ok with PSA when it does what i expect it to. When it starts throwing curve balls it makes it much more difficult for my brain to cope with!

Yes I think you’re probably right. You most likely pulled a muscle or twanged a ligament/tendon. Do you use a high stool to sit on during a gig?

Yes, but I think I more likely did it carrying stuff to and from the car. Thankfully it’s all gone back to relative normality over the last week, to be replaced by IBS. It never rains, but it pours!
