I started taking vitamin D about 4 months ago. I don’t eat a lot of dairy, IBS, and I wanted to make sure I’m covered with calcium and vitamin D. I’m curious to know more about the RLS link and vitamin D.

I also turn 40 this year. What fun!

80% of arthritis patients are vitamin d deficient. Vitamin D is steroid hormone which regulates levels of potasium, calcium and phosphorus which of course has lots to do with muscle action. It as sreoid hormone regulates B cell and T cell binding.
