Looking online for things to do to be progressive in finding a cure for this disease I discovered that that the psoriasis foundation is sponsoring walks all over the country to raise money in support of this cause. Find one near you and start a team. You can choose 1k OR 5k or just be a captain and recruit healthy individuals to do the walking. I will try to do the 5K if symptoms are not flaring the end of december.

I would love to meet some people from the group and maybe do something to make all feel like we are trying to help with this terrible disease. Hope to see some of you in D.C. (many other walks this is just the one closest to me.
