Thanks @Stoney, yes, I think I’m still coming to terms with the heart failure. Certainly means I can’t do the job I was doing before (exploration geologist), and I’m still trying to figure if I can modify it enough to stay in that career area (bearing in mind I have about 80% chance of needing myeloma treatment within 2 years anyway….). But, I walked 15000 steps today. Slowly, and with a lot of rests, but still! And saw a wonderful street show (an incredibly fit acrobat) that reminded me of all the things still to see.
