Just back from seeing my rheumatologist and I’m smiling.
The new plan is to try subcut MTX for three months, then if no significant improvement in my pain levels on to a biologic.
But, the best news of all…
the SI pain is not due to erosions or fusing, its my old friend enthesitis painful yes, but at the moment no bone damage
