Could this be PsA?
My hand looks the same except my ring finger is starting to turn to the left, almost overlapping my middle finger. Also, my left pinky is way off to the left and my knuckle is closer to my ring finger. I'm so glad you posted this picture because every time I mention my hands are starting to change everyone looks at me like I'm crazy. Thank you. I have been diagnosed with PsA in October.
My changes are more minor, but there are definitely similarities. Thankfully I've been fairly well controlled, so I only have a little bit of damage.
