My Symptoms List

It all started with simple pain in my finger and some psoriasis on my head. As time has passed I have realized all the symptoms I have had that are obviously connected to PsA. I am sure we all have different lists but with many similarities:

- odd aches through my hands and fingers, sometimes coming and going very quickly ( i think I've had these in some form for 15 years )

- psoriasis other than on my scalp but it seems to look different on different parts of my body, not sure why

- psoriasis in my ears !

- unusual enlargement or swelling of a finger or toe that stays enlarged but not a lot of pain in that area

- unusual rashes and red spots popping up now and again which started around the time I first had PsA symptoms but before I was diagnosed. Sometimes coming a going again in a day or can stay for weeks then will suddenly be gone

- fatigue

- swelling of the joints but sometimes little pain

- unbelievable pain of tendonitis in many parts of my body but mostly my hands, wrists and arms

- red, warm areas of the skin around the joints

- almost constant stiffness, not in my joints but in the tendons and almost a bruised feeling

- cramping in areas with PsA

- numb or tingling feeling in areas where PsA flaring up

- cracking of some joints when moving especially in my thumbs ( goes away after a time on prednisone )

- more difficulty in my digestion ( more foods seem to bother me than ever before )

- general aching and pain

- pain in my tail bone that comes and goes

- nail pits

- dry skin in areas for which seems to have no explanation

I'm sure I have forgot something

Wow. I didn't think anyone else got psoriasis inside their ears but me. So, that's great to read. My ears seem to have been damaged by it, although I haven't been referred to an ear specialist (nor asked to be). Right ears rings 24/7 and left ears clicks intermittently. Likke a guy jiggling change is on my left side. I read somewhere online(so who knows if) that if you have psoriasis inside the ear with any one of the other symptoms vs the usual combination for dx criteria, it is always considered to be PsA.

I could have written that myself, aside from the nail symptoms. Thank you for sharing, Dini! I hope you are getting the treatment you need!

I have similar problems with my hands - sometimes feels like my hands pulsate The area between my thumb and index finger burn constantly.
