Does PsA Lower Hemoglobin?

Got my latest blood test results. My Hemoglobin has been in a steady decline, it's gone from 134 down to 125, my doc thinks it's because of my inflammation, which is now up to 115.

I'm two doses into Mtx, anyone know if this will help? I'm guessing one my inflammation goes down I will bring my RBC back up?

PsA and other autoimmune diseases often have anemia as either a result of the disease, medications, or both.

I take an iron supplement daily (TwinLabs, it is the mildest one around), and still am at the low end of normal.

It just keeps getting lower and lower, I figure it's from the PsA, but just want to make sure its not something else.
