I ended up taking a trip to the Emergency Room via ambulance. I check into the Detox Center where I stayed for three days. My wife took a week of work to sit with me once I got home. I have almost went back again becase my blood pressure keeps dropping to very low levels. 86/52 BP of 44. I also did a sleep study over the weekend. My Oxygen has been very low but seems to be on the rise. I have an appointment on with my Breething Theropist on Thursday and another appointment my my GP on Wensday. I reduced my blood pressure medication by 50% which seems to be helping. I have had termendeous pain in both my feet which I can not seem to get rid of. I have taken a Mucule relaxer which is helping with my feet. But makes it hard to think.
