Anyone Using just Plaqunil for your PA Symptoms?

Hey All!

I am just using Plaquenil now for my PA symptoms as nearly a year ago now I have had liver issues using the BIologics; anyone else doing the same?

I am fortunate right now to have barely any skin involvement, but , I have had major joints replaced (knees done in my early 40s), cervical fusion, spinal cor stim.. etc... Just trying to manage the pain. I am quite sure I have undifferenitated Spondylyopathy with the extreme pain in my lower spine all the time and the subsequent bone spurs...

I had used Plaquenil and NSAIDs for almost 5 years, but then needed to add in another DMARD. It wasn't enough at a certain point, and I will likely need to do another change within the year.
