Yes. I have had the first two doses. My next one is due in January. I have not had any side effects but I have not had any positive reactions that reduce my pain or swelling either.
I have PSA.
Have you tried it yet? What is your diagnosis?

I also have PsA and just took my first loading dose two weeks ago. Next one is December 4th. I too have not seen any joint pain and stiffness relieve but hoping to see some improvement in the next coming weeks.
I can only stay positive right now.
